Iwaki Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries and affiliated
companies (collectively, the “Iwaki Group”) recognize the importance
of protecting personal information, and strive to protect personal
information based on the following policy.

necessary measures such as executing appropriate agreements with the
contractor that include details relating to security control measures,
and thoroughly managing and supervising the contractor.

obtaining consent from the person concerned, except in the following

concerned in the event that personal information is leaked, etc. and
the impact of such leak is expected to be significant.

by abiding by our internal rules concerning the protection of

regulations and the social environment.
